Behind the Crest (BTC) is an ever-evolving video series that takes the fan behind the scenes with the Women's National Team. I was the lead producer, shooter and editor for this series. BTC was a series I carried out for 3 full years and into the Women's World Cup in 2019.

In this episode of Behind the Crest, presented by Volkswagen, the U.S. Women's National Team gets a special surprise from Nike, and hosts its World Cup Media Day at the Twitter headquarters in Manhattan.

Following a massive 13-0 win against Thailand on June 11 to open up Group F play, the U.S. Women’s National Team faces Chile in Paris on June 16, hoping to secure another three points in the group.

In this episode of Behind the Crest, presented by Volkswagen, the U.S. WNT travels to Lyon following a massive win in Paris vs. France, to face England in the semifinal of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.
EP. 14 | WORLD CHAMPS!!!
In this episode of Behind the Crest, presented by Volkswagen, the U.S. WNT defeated the Netherlands 2-0 in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup Final, traveled back to the USA and celebrated with an epic parade in New York City.
USWNT visits Normandy
While in Normandy, France ahead of their matchup vs. France, members of the U.S. Women's National Team took advantage of a day off to take a trip to Omaha Beach - site of the Battle of Normandy and D-Day on June 6, 1944. There, they met Steve Melnikoff, Frank Devita, Greg Melikian and Pete Du Pre, four WWII veterans in their 90s who valiantly shared their stories, some laughs and also quite a few tears. It was a day of learning, of love and one full of pride. These heroes are part of an organization named The Greatest Generations Foundation, which is spearheaded by its founder Timothy Davis.
